The base construction for company culture
Yonggang pays much more attention to the construction of political work and Company Culture.We founded the spirit and culture direction commettee. We bulit some teams and culture places, such as Activity Centre、Yonggang Newspaper、Yonggang Information Station、Dragon and Lion Team and Basketball team.
Activity Centre’s area is about 3,500 square meters. There are activity places for party member, and youngsters. Gymnasium、Internet Bar、Reading room、KTV Hall、Card Office and so on. These places are good conditioned.
Yonggang Newspaper was founded on March 16th , 2005. We publish it every per month. Yonggang Newspaper, which is quarto, is designed by professionals. The contents are about Yonggang forum、Job mien、News Columns. Now Yonggang Newspaper become the media for publicization our company strategy、culture and latest news. It also reflects the employee’s aspirations and make a showing about employee’s ability.
Yonggang website There are internet website and interior information website in Yonggang website. The internet website divided into Chinese Version and English Version. It is used to report Company news and introduce Lianfeng proudcts. There are pictures in the site and update the information at any time. Yonggang interior website mainly publish the infromation about Company investment, recruitment information. It provided good conditions for expressing employee’s thoughts ,sharing the departments’ information and opening study column.

Yonggang information station use internet line to transmit terminal in order to cover the signal from the cellphone. And its function is mainly about publishing the important activity information and interior notice.
Library owns 20,000 books, Megazine 120 kinds, newspaper 56 kinds( we order more than 10 kinds newspaper from many provinces), All the books are electronic code and can be searched by ID. We use colse type to manage books and open type to read books.The library’s enviromnet is very graceful. It’s a good place for resting and reading.
Dragon and Lion Dance Team was founded on December, 2005. There are five Dragons. Their color is red, yellow, Blue, Black, White respectively and 8 lion teams. The five Dragon teams indicate the rion-making,steel-making,agglomeration,Deformed Bar,Wire Rod Workshop. The Lion teams indicate metalworking, perparing,limeworks,conprehensive office. They took part in important activity held by our company and activity mood.
Basketball and Football team are made of amateurs, there are one captain and one coach and other 10 basketballers; Football team has one captain ,one coach and 15 footballers. The two teams won many matchs for Yonggang.
