- Distribution System
The contents of distribution is made up of salary, bonus, kinds of subsidy, welfare and melon-cutting.The distribution of Yonggang has its own feature. The salary of the workers at the production line is based on achievements and percentage set according to their jobs. Other workers are divided into mechanics and ordinary workers. Different types of work get different salary, and the salary also can be adjusted according to social average salary and the benefit of our company. Our company practice annual pay to the leaders, engineers and technicians, and the difference is great between different classes. At the same time, we practice prompting of sharing of the stock to the engineers and technicians and they can get melon-cutting every year.

Every year, company sign a doucument of Responsibility of Production and Business Goal and a document of Responsibility of Safety in production to carry out the measures and clear the responsibility. Before the out of our products, we do accurate test such as bend test of steel bars and tensile force test to them in order to keep the quality.
